ECOLODGE ROMA

I found a promotional offer for accommodation on Booking.com at a very attractive price. Unfortunately, despite making a reservation, the hotel canceled it, claiming that the provided payment card was ‘invalid’—which is untrue, as the card works perfectly fine. Such practices are not only dishonest but also undermine trust in the establishment. If a hotel resorts to such actions at the reservation stage, it’s hard to imagine how they treat their guests during their stay. Therefore, I would strongly avoid booking anything at this place and advise others to steer clear if they value professionalism and fair treatment.

It was the worse experience to stay at this place. Unprofessional and misbehaved person who is the owner of the property I would not recommend it to anyone for stay even at lowest rates.

Used to be good. Now very poor service
