We stayed here for 2 nights during our hiking trip. The rooms are small but comfortable. If you're tall, you need to watch your head sinde the ceilings are low. The food is excellent as is the local wine.

Had an excellent lunch here after walking in the area. In late July and August they are open every day (I understand for the rest of the year open Fri-Sat-Sun only). Nice terrace to enjoy your lunch outdoor and very comfortable. They have their own farms where they produce rice, beef and wine. Would suggest you to try all of these. The beef tagliata was really good and tasty. Staff and service are excellent.

Changed menu for Ferragosto without advising people who booked for lunch. Failed to advise clients that cars cannot arrive to restaurant but have to use the paying service of a shuttle bus, which is fine but at least tell clients that the last shuttle leaves at 12:30! This meant that we had to walk the last 1.5kms uphill with my wife in her mid seventys with terrible leg problems, not very nice! The service, considering that the place was half empty was rather slow with prices on the steep side. We've eaten better for less money. Scenic surrounding but will definitely not visit them again!
