Cresta et Duc Contemporary Alpine Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and quite enjoyed it. We booked a room for 3 people and it turned out to be a relatively small room with a king sized bed and one small bed added. The breakfast was quite good but the problem was that you had to pay for fried eggs or an omelette. The gym was alright, only had 3 or 4 machines and some dumbbells. The sauna was pretty small but cozy but you have to be 16 to even access any of those things. Indoor parking was available but disclaimer: it is 15€ per day. The nice thing about the hotels location is that it’s right next to the main tourist street with lots of shops and it’s around a 5 minute walk to the gondola to go skiing. Most of the staff was nice but the receptionist really stood out to me she was kind and would always greet you kindly and always tried to help you. The included dinner in half-board was 4 courses: appetisers, first course, second course and some dessert and if you don’t like one of the courses you can always ask for pasta pomodoro or ragu. As many of the other people said I wouldn’t rate this hotel 4 stars but 3 stars

The staff was very kind and friendly. We were visiting for a hiking trip and found the hotel quite comfortable. The decorations all over were authentic and added a nice character, Excellent breakfast Spread. The way honey was served on the honey comb was quite unique. The dinner meal was also good and authentic. The Steam Room and Sauna were clean and well maintained.

We loved this hotel stay during our TMB trail. The room was lovely and spacious. It was the first establishment on the TMB trail to actually put our bags in our room which is a lovely touch. The spa facilities was a very big welcome after hours of achy limbs. The breakfast was by far the best of the tour. The hotel receptionist was so kind, smiley and very helpful. This hotel is excellent and highly recommended.
