Hotel-Restaurant Bergheimat

Had half day ski at Saas grund. And then want to check out the cafe / restaurant here before the next bus 511 arrive. I was standing in front of their door, literally for 15 minutes waiting to be seated. All waiters just walk by, as if I’m transparent. The restaurant is not busy at all, only 3 tables of guests are there and they have 4+ waiters. Then a group of white people came. The waiter immediately asked what do they need. There are two differences: 1 race, 2 number of guest. No matter which one is the actual cause, this is definitely a discrimination.

Just walked in and looking for a random lunch. It turns out to be super delicious. Recommend if you stop by.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT BECAUSE IT’S THE BIGGEST SCAM I EVER EXPERIENCED! How can you serve a water in a plastic bottle (!!!) for 14 CHf, which is triple the price in Zurich and moreover - it was not the same bottle that was charged on the bill. When I asked to show me the drinks menu, they said they don’t have a water in menu. I informed the service and manager that I’m not going to pay more than 5 CHF for this, moreover - it’s illegal to charge for the positions you are not able to present the client in the menu. Reading the reviews of other customers I see I’m not the only one that was cheated. I told the manager we are going to report it to the police. It’s the biggest scam ever, and in Switzerland?! Unbelievable!
