The inconvenient accessibility and winding road were known even before booking. So I wouldn't say it's a fair criticism. Decent breakfast is provided, but unfortunately I would question the cleanliness of the cottage and the humidity. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The view of the valley is beautiful. I recommend installing a TV.

I booked a two-night stay for my wife and I through Smartbox. A few days before departure, I was contacted by the owner who told me I had to cancel my reservation because she claimed to have received the email from Smartbox in her spam folder. So, due to their mistake, I missed the weekend, causing me to lose the money for all the activities we had booked for those days. Terrible customer satisfaction policy.

To reach the property, you must drive along a very narrow road with nine hairpin bends, which is prone to landslides in several places (in fact, there are also one-way traffic lights in three areas due to construction work). The house must then be reached on foot from the parking lot via three very steep cobblestone ramps, which are inconvenient and tiring for those with a trolley. Inside the very small house, there is no TV, the Wi-Fi was down (the owner was waiting for it to be restored), and with very little reception, it's even difficult to use a cell phone, and there are only the bare essentials.
