Refugi de Sant Aniol d’Aguja

The landscape is beautiful but this is not thanks to the refuge. My partner and I carried a couple of sandbags up (because we wanted to help renovate the refuge) and when we got to the top we wanted to know the rates. There is nothing about the refuge, the “free” part was not even communicated to us (we have seen it in the comments), and only wanted to sell us the half board and full board rates. If it is a rural hotel, the name should be changed. That we have all made the refuge is a hope on a social level, but that they name things appropriately. The attention leaves a lot to be desired

We spent one night at the shelter, very happy that he has recovered. We thank the guards, Laura and her companion, for the warm welcome!

The worst service and the worst experience ever at this place. After such a long journey, we just wanted to take a break and eat something. All they offered us were "sandwiches": a tasteless bread with tomato and a pathetic sausage. The person who served us forgot what we ordered, and by the time they had it, their attitude was arrogant. They don't provide restroom facilities for outsiders because, supposedly, it's eco-friendly. I'm a pregnant woman, and they didn't care. Giving them one star is already too much.
