Milton Hilltop Hotel

If you move anything you will find 5 years worth of dirt. Cleaners have zero accountability and If you leave something in the room, they will steal it instead of logging it as lost property. The cleaners let the place down 100%

Great place for the prices, the rooms were very clean and newly built, the staff were helpful and friendly. We thought they had a pool judging by the photos but they said the pool was closed during Covid and never reopened, I believe their online details should be updated. The rooms did not have hair dryers. But we had a good night overall, I highly recommend it if you want a good sleep and a short stay.

Needs updated throughout, rooms weren't very clean ,staff member was run off her feet trying to manage reception and residents also the bar ,fridges should also be in the room this would make a difference when refurbishing the whole place ,it has lovely views ,juts needs a good clean and updated
