NIGHTMARE experience - Health hazard & Unsafe for families! STAY AWAY. ​ We booked a family vacation here (4 adults, 4 small children including babies), and it was a complete disaster. We were forced to check out after just one night due to unbearable and dangerous conditions. ​Here is why you should avoid this place at all costs: ​Severe Health Hazard: Despite a "No Smoking" policy, the entire property smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. It was suffocating and dangerous for our small children. ​No Hygiene: There was NO hot water. When water did run, it was BROWN and dirty. We couldn't even bathe our children. The floors were filthy, and we found dirty dishes at breakfast. ​Safety Risks: We found exposed electrical sockets in the room (extremely dangerous for toddlers!). ​Broken Facilities: The phones in the rooms were broken, leaving us isolated. The TV was ancient, and the rooms were tiny and nothing like the photos. ​Rude Staff: When we complained about the brown water, the staff was aggressive and claimed we "didn't know how to use a faucet." When we handed back the keys days early, they showed zero concern and didn't even ask why we were leaving. ​This place is neglected and falsely advertised. It ruined part of our trip. Do not stay here.

Stayed 2 nights and loved it! The room was a bit small but super clean and had a great shower. The SPA is amazing – big pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, plus a small gym and even a ping pong table. We added breakfast and definitely recommend it: nice mix of sweet and savoury, and the scrambled eggs were delicious. We also had dinner there one night — fantastic menu with lots of meat and fish options, really high quality food, and huge portions (we couldn’t even finish!). Also super convenient: it’s just a 5-minute drive distance to the bus that takes you up to Lac Bouillouses. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel with nice swimming pool and leasure area located in the mountains. We found this place with a smartbox, and I could not be more satisfied with the choice we made picking this place! Very recommended! We spent a lovely days there :) I do not really understand the not-so-high average score on Google. Our room was recently renovated and was perfect for our family. We were satisfied with breakfast and dinner as well. Afternoons relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna. Great place and nice views 👌
