Mrs. AnnaMaria is a very kind and super helpful lady. The rooms are located less than a kilometer from the church of Santa Chiara, and given the difficulty of parking in Assisi, the private parking is very convenient, especially given Anna Maria's willingness to let you park your car there. The rooms are in a very charming building and have a top view. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms is a bit lacking.

We had a wonderful time; the rooms were very quiet and clean, and there's a lovely garden overlooking the valley. It's about a kilometer from Santa Chiara, making it very convenient for getting around. Mrs. Annamaria (who manages the rooms, I wish she could) is very helpful and kind! There's a hotel/restaurant/pizzeria ("Da Angelo") next door, offering excellent breakfasts and meals at reasonable prices.

The property is beautiful and surrounded by greenery. The owner, Annamaria, is a friendly, kind, thoughtful lady who is quick to handle and resolve even minor inconveniences. Her sense of humor makes her welcome and make people feel at ease. It's located one kilometer from the historic center and is very convenient to reach on foot.
