First rate food. A wide choice at the buffet breakfast, even including freshly squeezed juice. Evening set menu included 5 or 6 choices for each of the two main courses with strong slant towards local regional dishes together with wide salad varieties and deserts. Pre meal they even serve home made nibbles with your drinks.

I was only staying in this hotel for a few days because I had an accident, but the staff was very helpful, already the first day to help me get the ski pass my travel agency had sent to the wrong place. Afterwards they helped to pack my luggage and send it to the hospital. The food was great, big buffet and a lot of choice, trooms were very practical and clean. I hope to be back in better condition next year !

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were remarkably rude from the moment we arrived. Despite prior agreement to allow us to check in early, we were only able to do so at 4 PM. When we arrived at the reception, the staff member interrupted their meal to address us in an unwelcoming manner. We requested to cancel our booking because we had been travelling all night and urgently needed rest. From 10 AM until 2:30 PM, we waited with no progress on our room. When we once again asked about cancellation, the response was irritation rather than assistance. In the end, we were charged the full amount despite not staying at the hotel at all. This treatment is unacceptable, and the atmosphere was tense and unfriendly throughout our interaction. We book frequently through Booking.com and have never encountered such unprofessional behaviour before. Future guests should be aware of this experience before making a reservation.
