I stayed at the Ronco 5 apartment in the days after Christmas with my husband, daughter, and dog. The apartment is small but very cozy and equipped with every comfort, including a kettle. Everything worked perfectly. The bedroom is cozy, and—a plus—the bathroom has a very large shower and is very hot. We were greeted warmly and attentively, and were provided with all the information we needed to visit Macugnaga. The location is very convenient for reaching the town center and other hamlets without having to move the car. The only downside was that the lower floor was a bit cold compared to the upper floor, which was excellently heated. We will definitely return, both for the comfort we experienced in this property and for the enchanting Macugnaga. Thank you!!

I've always booked homes and stays through agencies or hotels, and even in the face of unforeseen circumstances, I've always found them helpful and savvy in handling date changes or extraordinary situations. This is the first time I've found myself in a similar situation: I chose this property for a winter vacation in a ski resort. A few days before my stay, the Macugnaga ski lifts were completely closed. I asked for a refund, believing that the primary purpose of the vacation was lost. I was told that, having chosen a non-refundable rate, the only option was to move the dates. In effect, I found myself losing the entire amount, which exceeded €1,000. I understand the contractual conditions, but I believe that in such obvious and extraordinary situations, greater flexibility and customer service would be desirable. I don't recommend this property, nor will I return!
