Guesthouse Gamarjoba

We sent one night here after our 3-day hike. The rooms are very nice and with private bathrooms. The host was super helpful and helped us organize a taxi back to mestia. Would definitely come back here!

The accommodation is very average. The beds are new but the linen is rough and uncomfortable. It is up on the hill but there might be some view only from one room. There is a terrace on the upper floor but it is too small to be functional. The dining table was not properly clean. The toilet and the shower share the same space. After you shower everything is wet. When sitting on the toilet you must balance yourself as the device is not well fixed on the floor. There is another door in the room opening to the outside. Unfortunately it is not possible to open it as there is a heavy recliner in the way on the other side it is not possible to lock this door. The surroundings are not well kept. Tall grass and rubbish around. The only driveway leading to the house is the highest on the hill. Google does not indicate it and leads you through the village where you can easily get stuck irreversibly. When you manage to arrive there is ample parking space in front of the house. There is no information on this on the web page. The owner is very nice and sympathetic. All in all the accommodation is probably above average for the local setting.

Msmuka ( owner ) is down to earth & a grrat Human Being... Always goes beyond the limits. He has shown exceptional gesture at the hotel and when I wanted to clean the vehicle he offered the service for free of cost. Even for laundry service also at a zero cost which Ive never expected and tried to pay and he refused.
