Hotel Plattenhof

I booked a holiday here with through crystal on the hotels website it says clearly they cater for vegan and vegetarian. But that is a 100% lie three nights in a row I had the exactly same options for starter and dessert and for the main dish I didn't have an option take it or leave it is their attitude . After the third day I bought my food out in the local Spar shop and it my food in the room. Terrible experience this hotel . Staff honestly couldn't be more rude simply do not care and unfortunately the crystal rep that I had was absolutely useless the catering staff around dressed up like it was a five-star high-end Hotel but don't ask them anything that will put them to any trouble are you will quickly see what they are really like behind the bling. It says on the website is it is a Ski in ski out accommodation. 100% lie again to get to the nearest lift from the hotel you have to go through private backyard houses. And is not possible with your skis on you will have to walk. I would rate this hotel 2 stars at best.

We have been in this hotel several times as well as in other hotels in Lech and Oberlech. An excellent hotel, friendly athmosphere, delicious dinner. Nice lobby area. Children liked the swimming pool. We will return again next year.

Very good hotel, but I had a regrettable experience at breakfast, where they put us in a room in the background that smelled of cigarettes, the tables in the main room were reserved for people who had dinner at the hotel, and each person would go at a time so the tables were empty without the opportunity for other people to have a pleasant experience, I complained from the first day and even so only on the last day they got me a decent table. I felt prejudiced and excluded foreign people.
