PLAYA JOYEL FAMILY ROOMS

My wife and I stayed four nights, and it was a very pleasant experience. Quiet, very new, and very clean—ideal for a family trip. There's a common area where you can heat up food, make breakfast, and prepare salads.

The facilities were in perfect condition, the cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable and functional, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the air conditioning was very good, and it was quiet at night. We especially appreciated the friendliness of everyone who attended to us, from the reception staff to the housekeeping staff, and of course, Adrián, who always served us efficiently and kindly in the cafeteria. I hope it stays this way for a long time.

I loved it! A brand new hotel, never opened. With all the amenities. Double, triple, quadruple rooms, etc. Elevator, dining room, common areas (pool), a large garage, and the beach is a 1-minute walk away. The room was super quiet, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms had all the comforts. We will definitely return on our next vacation.
