Beautiful rooms, very nice staff, great food. The best hotel I have ever been at.

We're repeat offenders! We feel so comfortable that we already feel like we're coming home the moment we arrive. The service is outstanding. Everyone does everything possible to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Our room was a good size, comfortably furnished, and clean. It was also lovely that it had a balcony. I simply love this hotel! You walk in and immediately feel at home! It's family-run, and the Kirchners are absolutely fantastic! We don't usually stay at the Kirchners' place, but we've already been seven times! I can't decide whether summer or winter is better! The hotel and grounds are impeccably maintained. I've never seen a speck of dust anywhere. There are various room categories, fabulous food, superb service, and a wonderful spa area to truly relax after a day of sports. The hotel guides you through the week with a fantastic program: whether it's hiking, e-biking, skiing, cross-country skiing, or evening events like torchlight hikes, curling, or casino nights in winter. The hotel also provides numerous hiking maps with routes and suggestions. This was our first time in the summer, and we enjoyed the incredibly delicious barbecue buffet. There's a swimming pond and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy in the summer. Hiking poles, a backpack, and a packed lunch are all included in the price. The hotel offers a great program of activities throughout the week, including hiking, e-biking, skiing, cross-country skiing, and evening events such as torchlight hikes, curling, or casino nights in winter. Try as I might, I can't find a single thing to complain about! Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!
