Exceptional !

I found this place by chance, watching a video on social media. The video showed a wonderful place, immersed in nature, a true agriturismo, so we decided to book. I called, the lady confirmed my availability and asked for the details of the people who would be staying. It would have been my partner and I. She made no mention of the lack of towels and sheets, which I discovered because before leaving, I decided to call and ask if they were provided, just to be safe. So, if I hadn't, we would have found ourselves sleeping on a mattress that wasn't even clean, and we wouldn't even be able to wash ourselves. Leaving aside the difficulty in getting there, as the road was truly disastrous—but that's another story—we arrived, and the lady took us to what was supposed to be our room, a room about two meters by two meters, with two bunk beds. No bathroom. Which would probably have been shared, and this too hadn't been communicated. I asked why we hadn't been given a double room, and she replied that I hadn't specified it, even though I'd clearly stated we were a couple when I called to book. We put our bags back in the car and headed home. As for me, I'll never go back there again, and I recommend anyone who wants to go to check with the owner about EVERYTHING beforehand. I'm giving one star only for the location because it's truly beautiful, but for the rest, it's best to draw a veil over it.

Having come in July, we were not convinced, especially by the evening meal and breakfast. We had the feeling that the food was limited. Very little cheese, butter, and bread. For the midday snack, a simple small sandwich and an apple, nothing more, cost €10. That's expensive! We had to go to the Jarvis refuge next door to receive a buffet breakfast and snack worthy of the name and for the same price. We would have preferred to give a positive review, but unfortunately we left disappointed.
