Clean and functional. Some of the beds are a bit short though, so if you're over 6' / 180 cm ask for a room with long beds. The view and access to the Saxony Switzerland is wonderful. Warning: there is almost no decent food in Whelen. Bring your lunch and eat before 18:00 or you'll be very hungry and thirsty.

What a terrific place to stay on the Malherweg: Clean, comfortable, quiet and breakfast was fresh and varied.

The room we had was a good size, and the bathroom was also nice and spacious. Our dog was welcome, and everything had been thought of. The breakfast was delicious, and there were two types of coffee (filter coffee and a fully automatic machine). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
