Art & Relax Hotel Bergwelt

The Bergwelt is absolutely stunning hotel. The atmosphere is classy, relaxed, and warm. It is the best of Austrian hospitality. Ski in and ski out facilities with free transfers to and from the ski school for novices. The welcome drinks on arrival were lovely and the room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The spa has extensive facilities including a heated outdoor pool to relax under the stars and snow. The food is superb. Each evening there’s a 5 course menu. Our only issue would be the quality of the service in the panorama bar. The staff are a bit slow. The afternoon tea is poor quality with dry cakes. Checking previous reviews it seems that no action has made on the bar, which is disappointing. All in all we will be returning to Bergwelt for next year’s ski holiday, we have had a fantastic stay.

Absolute gem of a hotel, comfortable rooms, kept beautifully clean everyday. Every member of staff that we came into contact with was exceptional, from reception, bar staff, the shuttle drivers. And Victoria in the kids club provided fantastic play for all the children. Pizza making was a definite hit. Would definitely stay here again best ski holiday we’ve ever had.

Overall, we had a good stay at Bergwelt. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, and we really enjoyed the amenities and atmosphere. We missed some entertainment for our kids and the opening of the kids play room are off. Also, we did feel that some of the staff could improve their customer service approach — there were moments where interactions felt a bit off. That said, it didn’t take away from our overall experience, and we still had a pleasant time. With a little more focus on service, this hotel could be truly excellent.”
