Amazing location and guests incredibly well looked after by Ludo! Positives: -Unbeatable views from pool including a distant Pienza, Castiglione D’Orcia, and San Quirico -Only 15 minutes from SanQuirico and Castiglione, 20 minutes from Pienza and Montichiello -800m up an unsurfaced road, so no through traffic just absolute peace and quiet -spotlessly clean apartment, all appliances in good condition. -effective aircon which is needed when it’s 35 degrees! -large south facing pool shared by only 4 apartments -ample shade by the pool, comfy sun loungers -shaded parking -fast free WiFi -great value for money! Negatives: -Kitchen equipment a little sparse, dish cloth, tea towel would be nice. -no welcome kit of basic ingredients such as salt/pepper, oil -while the apartments are really well maintained the gardens are feeling a little unloved. Plants starting to over grow path to pool and blocking view from apartments. -lots of black fly around pool when there was no breeze. Unfortunately not a lot that can be done as it’s becoming a problem all over Europe….but take insect repellent. -800m up an unsurfaced road. Overall a fantastic place to stay, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely look to book again if we return to the area

Excellent host, Tomasso! He is there when you need him. The location is gorgeous with spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The pool is accessible and a very nice asset to the agriturismo. Some equipment in our apartment was ready for improvement. But everything was fixed quickly by handyman Tomasso. The only personal comment on the price of that we had to pay the full amount for 4 adults while 2 adults are sleeping in the living room in an unfolding sofa to bed system. That was not very comfortable. Luckily we stayed only 5 nights.

This farmhouse is nestled in the most strategic area of ​​the Val d'Orcia: almost all points of interest can be reached by car in just a few minutes, with the furthest ones within 30 minutes. The rooms are truly apartments, with a kitchenette, a dining area, a bathroom, and a bedroom, all air-conditioned. The double bed is comfortable. There's a covered table outside for al fresco dining. It also has a swimming pool, but unfortunately it wasn't available yet, so I can't comment. The owners are very kind. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!
