The holpitalera pelegrina is such a wonderful person and her heart 💜 is incredible. I had luck I cross path with her I felt very welcoming. The albergue is same like the other public albergues in Spain... without kitchen, but the conservation of the albergue is good. Spain try to don't be Capitalist and put access to the kitchen in albergues. Peregrinos means community and sharing and because of you... we don't have the opportunity cuz we can't share any food with others.

We were very pleased within our days there. Host was incredibly helpful and kind to us. She helped a lot. Very good shower, comfy beds after an exhausting day. Although, it doesnt have any blanket or duvet, the temperature at the room was good. But, in case, You feel cold at night, better to have a blanket or a warm pyjamas to wear on. The kitchen only works microwave, so its recommended microwave food or there's 2 restaraunts around. One is very cheap and friendly by a couple in a family restaraunt. The other is expensive, but a quite nice menu for those hungry for meat after walking.

The place was okay, about 500 m off the main route to Santiago, but we had a terrible experience with the staff. Very, very rude to everyone! It felt like she was doing us a favor during her working hours.
