Hotel Schlee - Ristorante Il Brigante

Last night I order a pizza to takeaway, Pizza Calabro-Lucana was absolutely delicious! After being in Germany for 4 years and endless of pizzas later. This is the best pizza I have had thus far. The pizza dough is authentically Italian, would definitely come back again

Perfect Steak, Fresh Vegetables, and a Delicious Tomato Salad at Ristorante Brigante I recently had an amazing dining experience at Ristorante Brigante. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor, with a beautiful sear on the outside. The side of fresh vegetables was expertly prepared, but the real surprise was the tomato salad. The tomatoes were incredibly fresh, ripe, and full of flavor, with a light dressing that complemented the natural sweetness of the tomatoes. The service was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. If you’re looking for a perfectly cooked steak, fresh vegetables, and a refreshing tomato salad, Ristorante Brigante is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

I love this little place, 20 minutes outside of Munich, just far enough to feel like you are not in a big city, close enough to enjoy the city. I have stayed here many times over the past 30 years and it only gets better. The restaurant is fantastic and the pizza is the best I have ever had. I cannot say enough about the Hotel Schlee.
