This place is a nice one. The single room has a lot of space and it was clean. They only provide liquid soap and toilet paper. The reception desk personnel is super friendly and helpful. I requested to receive a package and Jon helped me a lot. The location is somehow near to the beach and to some bus stops to go to downtown. Recommended? Yes.

Good value place for expensive San Sebastian. Reception were very friendly and helpful. Shared leisure TV / games room was an excellent space., The gym is fine. Our family suite was a decent space, although clearly additional beds had been added to what the room was designed for. Shower and toilet facilities very good. the kitchette was tiny and not really fot for purpose for 4. Rooms were a bit hot. My eldest son had his own room, which was very good for one person. Location - a little out of the way, but not a bad walk to Ondaretta beach and some excellent eatieries along the way. Bus 5 and 25 to the old town were very convenient and frequent.

The accommodation was great, the desk staff was very helpful and had great English, I loved it there but a little bit out of the way so would take you a while to get to know the buses and the bus stops.
