Affittacamere Le Terrazze

Not sure what happened here but the website for this Albergo speaks of history and family but my experience was nothing like what is described on the website. Other Google reviewers have in the past (1-3 years ago) raved about the hospitality but that is a bare minimum other than Maria Angela sending you plenty of emails and very responsive. Basically in 3 minutes gave us a key, showed us the place and that’s it. No discount for cash and I understand times are difficult but she is bypassing taxes so she should offer a discount like the majority of properties in cinque terre. This is my 38th year traveling and staying in cinque terre extensively. The people of cinque terre are so kind and hospitable that the experience makes it worth the price anywhere else in corniglia. When you give up the hospitality then you should get out of the hospitality business 🤷‍♀️ just sayin! Keep traveling my friends and stay informed!

Not really a hotel. Rooms and apartments. Our apartment had a well equipped kitchen/diner and 3 good sized bedrooms. Decor is rustic. Friendly reception by Maria Angela. Clean, comfortable, nice views and lovely garden terraces with seating and sun beds. The location on Google maps is not correct. Reception is at Bistro Margherita, the actual accommodation is the other side of the road with the terrace and views facing North.

It is a very beautiful place with a pretty garden and lots of space with different sitting areas on the terrace and in the garden. Nice view into the hills and to the sea. The hosts Mariangela and Nadia are very nice and helpful people. We enjoyed our vacation there very much. The apartment has everything you need, it is tidy and clean and decorated very nicely with lots of tiny details.
