Nice location with spacious pitches but €30 for 2 people in 1 tent for one night and charging extra for a hot shower is a bit steep

A beautiful place, nestled between two immense and beautiful meadows. Very spacious pitches, half gravel for cars or campers and half on grass. Number 8 (ours) is lit by charming night lights and is close to the cool fountain, free to use. There are only a few spots, so no crowds and lots of peace. Book! The scent of lavender is everywhere. A nice spot for making a fire and roasting. The bathrooms are absolutely adequate and spotlessly clean. Showers as good as a bathroom at home, with hot water (coin-operated). Take-away breakfasts and dinners with typical local dishes that are as good as grandma used to make them. Compliments to the chef! Animal friendly, my dogs give it 5 stars; they had fun and everyone was kind to them. Easy to reach from the main road, pleasant walks with even more pleasant encounters, dogs and donkeys (remember the carrots!) The manager and the whole family are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. We will definitely be back! P.S. The pitches are new and the trees are still young, so plan to have shaded areas, especially if you have dogs. 🏕️ Beware of the September night fog! 🫣
