Cascina Scova Resort

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. We booked a room specifically because of the spa facilities, only to find out that the spa was not accessible during our stay. This was never clearly communicated at the time of booking. The whole point of choosing this hotel was to relax and that simply wasn’t possible. Communication has been terrible. Emails go unanswered for days (if at all), and trying to reach someone by phone is frustrating. Some of the listed phone numbers don’t even work, which already gives a bad impression. When we finally managed to speak to someone, the person on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. No clear information, no cooperation, just being passed around without any solution. Overall, the hotel does not seem professional or serious in the way they handle guests and complaints. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend staying here.

Do not stay in this 2 star hotel, which somehow got a 4 star some centuries ago! Its quite an outdated, old, unrefurbished hotel with no proper facilities at all! Only the nature outside is somehow relaxing but this should not be enough for a proper stay! Beds are extremely old, uncomfortable, there are bugs everywhere, shower doesnt flow properly, breakfast is very limited and it is quite outside the town. The sockets in the room are old and no modern plugs would fit in, also the room cards are from some 20 years ago!

Useful hotel and spa with pool handy for Pavia (worth a visit if unfamiliar) Access down a lane and entry gate with microphone.Reception professional and room ok with ok breakfast. Car park a short walk. Attractive grounds and swimming,pre bookable.Relaxing atmosphere ,have been before.Like the place.
