all inclusive Hotel Lohmann

We stayed for a week’s ski trip and thoroughly enjoyed the warm hospitality. Our room was spacious, perfectly apportioned, with the benefit of a separate ski room. The only thing missing was tea & coffee facilities. The wifi was quite patchy too - i think it needs an upgrade with boosters across the hotel. The service was great. The team was warm, welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay great. A special call out to Zhanne ok reception, who babysat our daughter for a few hours (our daughter loved her) so we could do a spot of skiing together. Frank in the restaurant was an absolute gent, who bent over backwards to make our stay great. The chef kindly cooked special meals for our 17 month old as most of the kids’ meals had added salt and sugar. The rest of the team were lovely too. We will come back again.

I have stayed here many times over the years and can absolutely recommend it for a budget friendly ski holiday particularly for families. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Great food with lots of variety for even the fussiest of family members, plus unlimited house wine/beer during dinner for the adults, yay! Button lift is a short walk away that takes you to a gondola to the top.

After an exceptionally long 13-hour drive from Belgium, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who immediately put us at ease. Her approach felt sincere and personal, not like a routine check-in, but a genuinely attentive welcome. I even pointed this out to my sons, as this level of openness and authenticity truly stood out. In addition, the hotel offers very good value for money. Both the dining room and kitchen staff were consistently friendly and attentive, which contributed to a pleasant overall experience. The receptionist was also very helpful throughout our stay, and the beautifully decorated tables on Christmas Eve were a lovely and unexpected touch that made the evening extra special.
