The Oykel Bridge Hotel

I don’t own a Porsche, if my money is old it’s because I must have lost it and I can only wish I smell of Salmon. Normal people can only come out of The Oykel Bridge. hotel having loved it. The nicest possible staff, fabulous food, a fantastic bar, extremely comfortable rooms, what more can you want? The clients are nice too!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Oykel Bridge Hotel over the past week. Comfortable room, family feel and the most amazing roast meals each evening! Marvellous!

Amazing stay in a bothy room. I was on the CWT and my mate dropped out, I emailed and they quickly responded saying it wasn't a problem to change to a single room. They let us post our resupply boxes and I even arrived early in the day and very kindly let me check in early which was really appreciated. The food is fantastic, I had a breakfast roll and coffee when I arrived and then a burger and chips for dinner and it was top quality ingredients cooked very well, strong cafetierre coffee as well . The pints were also cheap and good, I was there all day outside in the beer garden and was chatting to the staff and they were a credit to the place - really nice to speak to, easy to get on with and very helpful. The bothy room and bathrooms were all very clean and comfortable, the facilities are excellent for bag/bikepackers and have drying rooms, emergency rations and charging ports next to the beergarden. The breakfast was amazing, a really high standard of ingredients and selection. Couldn't believe how good value it was and the level of customer service and food is 10/10. I will definitely be back to stay, one of the best stays in the highlands I've ever had. Thank you Liz, Leah and Ronnie (sorry if that's wrong) and the nice man cleaning the rooms and helping at breakfast as well.
