It’s just 2 min walk to the Gandola lift. You can load you bags in their parking right behind the hotel and the official underground Grachen car park is next to the hotel. In the Center but with no traffic. Excellent for family and comfy ski room. The dinner was fantastic, we love their kids menu and the family who runs it. The kids play room is certified by my two kids. Fun toys and many family stay here where our kids have made friends and play together. They have the best bed in town! It’s just right not too soft not too hard. The floors are constantly cleaned and the staff are unbelievable friendly. Thank you for a magical time. Shops for ski and suppermarket are just across the hotel. So we did not loss any time in getting anything. It’s all directly next to the hotel. breakfast was basic but fresh and nice coffee

We highly recommend Hotel Gracherhof as a stay for a family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Before our travels Marco and Sanne were able to answer any questions we had via email. The bus from the train station drops you off adjacent to the hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast. Amazing spa in the basement with multiple sauna rooms. What made our experience so positive was the hospitality. Marco and Sanne went above and beyond giving us ideas of things to do and answering any question. Departing we had made a taxi reservation to take our family to the train station to make our flight, but the taxi driver didn't show. Late at night out of the kindness of her heart, Sanne drove us to the train station. Without her help we would have missed our flight in Geneva. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I visited this hotel on a Monday, and it was a huge disappointment. The staff seemed completely disengaged, almost frozen in place, and customer service was nearly non-existent. The common areas were dusty and dirty, and friendliness and smiles were completely absent. The hotel’s website promises a fantastic experience, but reality was far from that. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want any kind of service or welcoming atmosphere.
