Really not what they advertise. Awful access road to hotel which you only find out about once you reach it. Taxi will charge in excess of £30 each way. You are basically stranded without a car and the hotel takes advantage of that with exorbitant pricing for everything. Hard to sleep with sound of dripping water in the room and every move from other guests can be heard. Room was freezing cold. Dinner was not good and staff are not accommodating at all. The tree house shown in the pictures is dangerous and falling apart.. unkempt just like the rest of the property. Breakfast was only good thing about the stay. Avoid!

AWEFUL. Honestly just don’t go here. It’s extremely overpriced. Staff are not accommodating. It’s nothing like the pictures and some parts are actually dangerous.. the tree house in the pictures is falling apart. We cut our stay short.. couldn’t wait to get out of there. You can hear everyone’s every single move throughout the building. There is no heating. The food for dinner is the worst food I’ve had in my life for such an extortionate price. You are stranded in the middle of nowhere if you come without a car as it’s up a massive hill where they will charge you 30 euros just to get up and other 30 to get down. It’s also extremely creepy, like a horror movie. My best advice is to just avoid this place.

This place is about an hour from Florence and secluded, which was nice. The views were fabulous, the pool was enjoyable & the food was great. The rooms got a 3 due to the AC & tv not working. The AC was on, but did nothing unless you stood right over it.
