I stayed at this hotel for one night when I arrived at the airport at 2 a.m. We didnt have hot water in the room. We informed the reception, and the person in charge came to check. After trying to teach me how to turn on the hot water, he confirmed that we indeed had no hot water. He told us to take a quick cold shower. The next day, at check-out, I mentioned again that the room had no hot water, and the person in charge just nodded, completely ignoring the issue. There was no apology or any kind of solution. We paid €80… very bad.

We just visited the hotel because the Agency where we hired the car was bellow but I have no idea how the rooms are
