STAFF: 0 stars. LOCATION IN BOLSENA: 5 stars...! Very unfriendly female administrator. If the place near the beach had not been so nice, and so much shadow, we would have left the place the same day. Too many complicated rules: different and short day times to deposit different kinds of garbage. The administrator was rude and distrustful, for example: She explained the garbage rules, after that we parked and went to the beach, I had a big plastic bag with me. While leaving the site, she approaches me, yelling "no garbage now!" and wants to look into my bag. I show her my beach stuff, air mattresses etc - and she turns around without a word (of sorry or anything) and goes away. No words! Also not honestly with the prices. On the website there are three categories, A to C, A first row highest price, C third row lowest price. But when we were there, she told us that they changed the system, we have to book a "double place" (I guess only because they had so few guests at that moment), so there was only category B for us. It was only a few euros more, but If the staff is so fussy with everything, you want to be accurate, too...! So, recommended? Yes and no.

I have already visited many camps all over Europe and the experience in this camp was very disappointing. I was observed all the time, you could only dispose of garbage accompanied by camp staff.In the evening when I came out of dinner in the city a surprise awaited me, the showers were locked, consequently I took a shower on the road with cold water. The staff should follow the example of other camps in the area. I hope you will accept my criticism in good faith.

Very unfriendly old lady behind the bar. I walkend inside with my daughter in law, because we were interested in this camping. The lady told us that we were not aloud to come on the site, even not when i told her, we’re interested in this camping for the next year. The only answer she gave us: go out and leave this campingplace, and after that she start to talk to us only in Italien language. What i know about this camping is: Very very small places, prices to high, unfriendly staff, no restaurant. Better go to Lido, much better, bigger pitches, friendly people, nice swimmingpool, good restaurant, nice beach and better prices.
