The staff are respectful and friendly. Everything is excellent. The place is wonderful. I give it 5 stars. They provided us with an incredible stay, and our host in Cuba was very helpful. He answered our questions promptly. If you're looking for a place in the heart of Old Havana, this is the place for you.
