A superb stay in this unique hotel. The train-themed decor is very tasteful, the owner is very friendly, attentive, and offers excellent advice, and, to top it all off, he bakes his own croissants for breakfast (absolutely divine... and the smell when you wake up is a real treat). The cleanliness of the rooms is also noteworthy, and the location is ideal, right opposite the Luchon thermal baths and less than a 15-minute walk from the gondolas leading to the ski area. One small point for improvement: the bedding quality is a little inconsistent, but frankly, this is a place to stay if you're passing through the area; you won't regret it.
