Albergue Barosa Hostel

Two coffees, two slices of toast with tomato, and a slice of Santiago cake: €16. I complained because it seemed excessive and pointed out that there was only one slice of Santiago cake. Without much thought or mental calculation, he told me the €16 was €14. That is, if he was going to charge me for two slices of cake, and then reduced the price by €2, that means the slice of cake is €2, which means two coffees and two slices of bread with tomato cost €12... Highway robbery! He just gave me the figures roughly, estimating without adding them up. Be careful if you go there. Ask for a price list (I didn't, and I should have).

Very good and friendly service, the elderly couple inside the hostel (I suppose they were relatives or former owners) were very nice, the tuna empanada was very good.
