Villa Lucia

The room I was supposed to have, located in the attic, is undoubtedly very clean and tidy. If you're tall, there's a risk of hitting your head against the beams, especially in the bathroom. I'm sorry, but I'm giving it two stars: I had booked a two-night stay, but it wasn't possible to sleep there, and I feel sorry for both myself and the owner, who was very understanding. At midnight, it was still too hot despite the fan; even my dog ​​was still hyperventilating. At that point, I called the owner, informing her that I would be leaving the room, willing to pay for the use of the room. She acknowledged the temperature issue, "It's hot even here on the ground floor, and I understand in the attic," inviting me not to pay the price. Having used the shower and toilet, I still left the forty euros along with the keys in the mailbox. It's a shame, because the place is in an interesting location for the area's attractions (Lakes of Ivrea, Aosta, Gran Paradiso). The accommodation is recommended for all seasons except the hottest.

Located a few kilometers from Ivrea, a 10-minute drive, it's a quiet and well-maintained place. The rooms are new, well-furnished, and the bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. The efficient and very kind hostess prepares an excellent breakfast. The quality/price ratio is truly excellent. Highly recommended.

The house is beautiful, the bathroom and bedroom are spacious, very well-maintained, clean, and sanitized, and comply with COVID-related guidelines. The breakfast was plentiful. The welcome was truly magnificent, and the helpfulness of Mrs. Lucia and her husband was matched by their discretion. We had a great time. We highly recommend it.
