Lorna Doone House

This is the best B&B in the UK. Amazing hospitality from the hosts, beautiful rooms, tasty and plentiful food, good parking, astounding location over the river and near the sea - all at lovely Lynmouth, a beautiful seaside village with plentiful walks and places to visit by car or good bus service. By the way, not only is this a great B&B, tasty homecooked evening meals are also available on request: the meals are good value for money - and far better than any you can buy elsewhere. I very strongly recommend you stay here.

Having just a couple of days away from work for a short break, Lorna Doone House was perfect. Very welcoming hosts and not at all intrusive. Wi-Fi throughout. A great location next to the river with lovely walks just outside the door. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a hot shower, comfy bed and all towels included. The breakfast was superb, beautifully cooked and really set you up for the day. Highly recommended.
