A very nice hotel overall with comfortable rooms and good value for the price. However, service at the front desk was initially quite poor—unhelpful and indifferent. Later, a younger woman at reception was much more pleasant and professional, which improved our impression considerably. The hotel isn’t located in the city center, but they offer a free shuttle to and from downtown, which is convenient. Unfortunately, we discovered on arrival that the shuttle doesn’t run on Sundays, even though we were told it operated daily. Since we stayed Saturday to Sunday, that turned into a real inconvenience. Breakfast was pretty good with a decent selection. In the end, despite the hiccups, this is a good-value hotel and worth considering if you don’t mind being slightly outside the center.

This is a Perfect Place to take a rest after busy and Tiring Day doing Pilgrim. The room is Spacious. The Bed and pillows are so so Comfortable. The bathroom is Clean also. I do will stay here again if Come to This City. We Pilgrims, don't need hotel in the Crowded area. We need a quite and comfortable place to Sleep. If you want a Breakfast Box so you can go early for Pilgrims, you can ask them. The Container is like in my Photo

We stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights at the end of our Camino dos Faro. It is a really nice hotel complex with a beautiful garden. As a room we had a villa, which was quite nice, but sadly extremely dark without any real natural light. The bed on the other hand was extremely comfortable. Before our arrival we also let the reception that one of us can't eat egg products or lactose, and we were told that there are many options at the breakfast buffet from which we could choose from. Sadly there was nothing available except fruits, and the service team didn't even know anything about it. Even asking for lactose free products was like playing the lottery. Some days they don't have anything, and if you're lucky, you will get some milk. Definitely room to improve on that side, especially nowadays. But in the positive the Sunset is beautiful from the garden, but I don't know if I would go back a second time.
