Best place ever. Simple and honest. The hosts are pilgrims themselves, they know what you need. And such nice and integer people. Dogs and cats are just adorable, views splendid, food excellent (all from their own garden) and absolute silence at night. If I could give six stars…

After a long day of climbing in the Italian mountains and hills on my bicycle, it was wonderful that I was able to arrive here with Federico and Rosanna. As I was on a pilgrim towards Rome, they know exactly what somebody needs, with a lovely dinner, which tasted very good and a good conversation! The accommodation is very nice, clean and comfortable. The owners are always there to answer any questions if you have them and I could also store my bicycle in the barn. It felt like a shame to leave this place after just one night, because I would definitely could spend a day or two more here! Federico and Rosanna, thanks again!

Our family of seven stayed with Rosanna and Federico for a few days in late June and early July, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We were visiting my ancestral home in the Berceto area and needed accommodations spacious enough for all of us — this B&B was perfect. Rosanna and Federico were warm, welcoming hosts, with a deep knowledge of the area and thoughtful recommendations. The property itself is full of charm, with breathtaking panoramic views at sunset. My kids especially loved visiting the chickens and playing with the friendly farm cats! Our rooms, kitchen, and dining area were all very comfortable and spacious, and the bathrooms were spotless. One evening we enjoyed a delicious meal cooked by Rossana, paired with engaging conversation with our hosts about Italy, life, and everything in between. We would gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the region. This was a very special trip for our children to experience Italy for the first time and they really loved it.Thank you, Rossana and Federico, for making our stay so memorable.
