Can't rate this hotel highly enough. Gorgeous room, spotless, warm with a comfortable bed. Staff so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Dining room overlooking the estuary was beautiful in the morning. Will be back.

Great weekend stay. Food was excellent service fantastic and our room was well appointed clean and very nice. The interior design of this hotel belies the outside which is a bit drab. We had the dinner bead breakfast and everything that was served was delicious

We took our 2 and half year old to have breakfast with santa today and what a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were super attentive, the buffet and cooked breakfast was lovely and the overall experience exceeded expectations. If you had looked at the breakfast with santa at the hotel this year and not booked then I urge you to book next year as it was fantastic. Thank you for making my sons experience a brilliant one
