Good hotel with very nice and spotless rooms for 3 stars. Quality beds, not too soft or too hard. The bedding had no odor of oldness or excessive detergent, but smelled nice and fresh. We had one of the most spacious rooms with a very spacious bathroom, but the price reflected that, so it was a normal price-quality ratio in my opinion. The hotel has a small indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish steam bath, infrared cabin and a fitness room. Furthermore, the hotel has a very good kitchen for a hotel. Usually it's so-so to bad, but we thought this cuisine was really nice. Quality products and a seasonal menu. An appetizer beforehand, excellent! The breakfast is comprehensive and well prepared. The only downsides were the air gurgling from the radiator in the room, the noise between the rooms and the relatively narrow duvets. Despite that we had a very enjoyable stay!!

I do not recommend this hotel! We were scammed. As soon as we arrived in the city, my fiancé and I went to the reception, paid for our stay in cash. The receptionist was very friendly, answered all our questions, and then gave us the room keys. Everything seemed fine at that point. The next day, we returned the room keys, as we were staying only one night, and checked out of the hotel. About two hours later, I received an email from Booking.com stating that we had left the hotel without paying and that the hotel would charge my card. I called the hotel to ask what was going on. The receptionist told me to send an email with my bank account number so that they could issue a refund. Unfortunately, after sending the email, the receptionist refused to return the money and claimed that the person who accepted the payment no longer worked there. I asked them to check the reception security cameras if they didn’t believe me, but the receptionist responded that the cameras just happened not to be working on that particular day. Quite strange that they stopped working exactly when I made the payment. I then asked her to check the cash register, but she stopped replying to my emails. I also called the hotel again, asking for the contact details of the person who took the payment or for someone to urgently contact me, but no one responded. I wanted to resolve the issue while I was still in Luxembourg, not after I returned to Belgium. The next day, I managed to get the same receptionist on the phone — the one who had taken the payment — but she denied everything and claimed the situation never happened, and that I hadn’t paid for the hotel. It’s disappointing that someone would lie over €171. I’ve already been to the police, and on May 10th I will give my statement. The mistake was trusting her and not requesting a receipt for the cash payment. I hope the police will resolve the issue. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Stay far away.

Dear future guests, read this before booking a room here! On September 16 and 17 of 2023, my girlfriend and i spent the night here. It started badly because we were received very unfriendly at the reception desk. She was short of response, was condescending and unhelpful. The room we got was nothing like the pictures on the website (look at my pictures for prove!). The beds were so narrow that you almost fell out of them. The toilet was so small that the door barely closed. The bathroom was very old-fashioned and dirty. Throughout the night we were awakened twice by loud drunk people in the hallway. When one showers in the room next to you, the sound of the water is so loud in your room. very poor insulation. There is a swimming pool that is not much, but when we asked for a bathrobe, we got one without telling us we needed to pay that. So at the end of our staying the receptionist just said 'i dont care, bad for you, you need to pay this'. This in a very rude way. I have visited many hotels in my life and this is definitely the unfriendliest hotel. Be warned. We will definitely never come back here.
