We stayed at this B&B and can share my experience. The room is basic. Ours was definitely missing a glass pane from the shower stall, the double bed was actually two single beds that opened up, and the only downside was the cleanliness; we found a spider (we thought it was a violin). The location is certainly very convenient for walking to Ponte Milvio or the Olympic Stadium, but finding parking is very difficult. The price and breakfast were reasonable.

We just spent 4 perfect days. We chose this neighborhood to be close to the Auditorium, which is a 5-minute walk away. In fact, the location is perfect for visiting Rome because public transport is nearby, allowing you to go everywhere. It's a fairly residential area, far from the tourist crowds. Even though we are tourists ourselves, it's nice to spend time where Romans live! The room itself is super clean, the beds very comfortable, and there is everything you need to eat in the shared kitchen, which we didn't do, but it's perfect for tea or coffee. Breakfast Italian style at the cafe just downstairs. Check-in is very convenient because it's done with a phone code, so there are no schedules to respect, if, like us, your flight arrives in the evening. The decor and the insulation are a plus. The property is clean, equipped with all comforts, the access instructions are very clear, it's easily accessible by public transportation, and the area is quiet. Excellent property, very well managed!
