Hotel Victoria

Exceptional service! We had a fantastic two night stay with our dog. Can’t praise this hotel highly enough. The staff were amazing. So professional and friendly. The room was gorgeous and we ate in the pub both nights, where the food was delicious. Especially the whitebait, the mussels and the sea bass. We didn’t want to come home! As soon as we can we will book again for next year!!

We stayed in the Captains Quarters with our dog & were really happy with our whole stay. We were checked in and shown to our room by the Receptionist, who was very friendly & gave us all the info we needed for our stay. The room was beautiful - classy decor, high quality bedding, soft furnishings & toiletries, very comfortable mattress and everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was spot on too - the dog friendly restaraunt is gorgeous with a lovely, cosy vibe. The waiting staff couldn’t have been more helpful & attentive and the food was really nice - lots of choice, well cooked/presented and plentiful! We will definitely be back

Had an amazing overnight stay with dinner. Location is sublime, the hotel is really lovely. Had a great comfortable room with a fantastic view of the bay. Bed and bedding were good, nice toiletries in a spotless bathroom. Cleanliness everywhere was notable. The weather was awful and people coming in wet and muddy but the whole place was immaculate. The staff were so friendly and helpful . The ambience was just lovely. We had dinner and the food was amazing from start to finish as was the service in the restaurant. Breakfast the day after was again faultless. Lovely buffet followed by a freshly cooked breakfast with a flawless service from cheerful friendly waiting staff. If you want a marvellous place to stay in Whitby/Robin Hoods Bay you will not beat this gem
