We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The spa area was spacious and well organized. The bus station that we used daily was about a 300 m walk from the hotel. The ski and boot lockers were heated, which meant our ski boots were always dry in the morning. We also really appreciated the free sparkling water in the lobby – a nice surprise, along with the candies, popcorn and other small treats that were available every day. Breakfast and dinner were good. Not fine dining, but good in quality. The only disappointment was the hotels’ rental shop, which was really expensive in an urgent case. We had to rent skis for three days after our son’s ski broke. Unfortunately we did not ask the price beforehand, which was our mistake. In the restaurant, the price of a wine bottle was charged incorrectly (+25%) on the bill twice during our six-day stay. However, the bills were corrected immediately when we pointed it out.

Great location. Amazing service. Awesome amenities. The spa was luxurious. The breakfast was yummy. The little, personal touches by the staff made me feel welcome and appreciated. Got upgraded to a balcony without putting in a request. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Lovely modern hotel with a very nice staff who helped me when my son was feeling ill. We booked the family room which included two bunk beds. My one suggestion for furnishings would be to include some built in drawers. With all the ski clothes we used the shelves but some drawers would have been helpful. The breakfast is nice and the lounge with music in the evening is relaxing. Like another reviewer, I usually like old fashioned mountain inn style, but could not find one with convenient location, this is still a nice modern choice. The spa is typical of mountain towns we have been in Italy and France in that they do not allow younger kids during evening hours. Thankfully mine are finally old enough and I reminded them to remain quiet but I can see how would be helpful if kids allowed until 4pm rather than 2pm. A very nice perk was the free crepes, mulled wine, or hot cider and desserts every night from 5 to 6 PM The location is very convenient only 5-10 min walk to pedestrian part of village and ski bus. Extremely helpful to be one of the first bus stops (Chamonix Sud) as those boarding at Chamonix Center could not all get on. However, if you’d like to be more central, there are a few hotels that are in the main village. Finally the staff at the ski rental shop are excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful, we highly recommend them.
