View from the window could easily be the painting or postcard. Rooms are clean, however all installations in the house are very old you wait very long time for warm water. House and location are very beautiful. You are expected to pay in the beginning. We had delay on the road so the owner charged us extra 33€ for later check in. Breakfast was cheap prepacked stuff only drinks possible were coffe or orange juice. Owners standing by the side all breakfast through and watching , gave us a bit creepy feeling.

Getting there is a chore. Narrow winding roads up the side of the hill. The owner was there to greet us and is VERY particular about how you park. The view from the room was awesome. The bathroom was across the hall, but we had it to ourselves. The breakfast was good but pre-packaged. Neither of the persons we interacted with spoke English or German.

We liked our apartment a lot! The villa has four apartments (4 car parking places). We had the first one next to the kitchen, with our own bathroom. The room is very nicely furnished. It has its own terrace with a great view of the sea. It has a comfortable bed and much-needed AC. Everything was perfectly clean! I was surprised—you won't find anything dirty there. The kitchen is well-equipped and very clean too! If I were the owner of this place, I would not offer breakfast. The waitress was really nice and spoke English, but it's true—you will definitely need a second breakfast soon after you leave. But the villa has the best price in town, so you can't expect breakfast like in more expensive hotels. We were looking for a bed, not for breakfast, so we did not consider it as problem. The owner was nice too, but since he doesn't speak English, you can't expect much conversation. He explained everything important for our stay, and that was enough for us. The location is nice, but to get to the sea, we recommend taking a car or at least a bus. In other apartment they had small dog, so it seems pet friendly too :-)
