Résidence Happy Senior Pierre Loti

I arranged for my sister to move into Happy Senior in Paimpol. While the adjustment period was difficult, it's to be expected at 95 years old. She complains about the food some days, and I have photos to prove it. Furthermore, it's been two weeks now since the room has been cleaned, the laundry collected, or the bed made. This is unacceptable. Last Sunday, breakfast was served at 9:00 AM. Yesterday, the breakfast tray wasn't removed until 6:00 PM, and so on. While we managed to get her into Happy Senior Paimpol and had no complaints, it seems the management is severely neglected (food, staff). My sister has spoken to the director, but nothing has changed. The staff are very attentive and kind, given their resources. I hope this will change soon.

What a beautiful establishment! Everything is designed to please and make the residents happy. 🤩 Furthermore, we were welcomed by attentive, smiling, and caring staff and director. In a lovely, peaceful setting, accompanied by a couple of friends, we had lunch with my mother. Beautifully presented, from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent. 👍 Bravo to the whole team! 👏🏻

My parents have rediscovered their youth at the residence: the staff's cheerfulness, the services, and the activities offered have contributed greatly to this. The residence is beautiful and ideally located in Paimpol, a 5-minute walk from the town center and its shops. I thank the entire team at the Happy Senior residence for their professionalism and kindness; my parents are happy in your establishment, and that is what matters most to me.
