Son Melt

A fantastic hotel, so chic and cozy. With a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains and a water fountain that you can hear sometimes at night. The beds are so comfy, and the rooms have everything you need for a long stay. Tons of trails nearby too. And the owner Lorena is so lovely, kind and generous! I consider this place my home away from home.

Remote check-in process was onerous and ultimately didn’t work. Upon arrival we found communal areas had not been cleaned. Upon arrival in our room we also found that the room had not been cleaned. The hotel was able to find us an alternative room within 15 minutes but we were surprised then by the lack of toilet paper in the bathroom. Other than that room wall sufficient and conveniently located within the town 👍

Room on the small side but sufficient. Good location for the town. Comfy bed. Negatives - no known place to wash up cups or glasses. No change of sheets or room clean. No where to hang hand towel near sink. No mirror near socket for hair drying. Pillows too insubstantial. More a hostel then hotel.
