Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre (Sutton Harbour) hotel

I stay here with my husband frequently and we are always satisfied. The staff are always very attentive and we had especially good treatment from Oliver. He has been very professional and helpful with any issue we have and we trust he will solve any problems we encounter, he even gave us a breakfast for free when we had an issue with our heating, which he solved straight away. I highly advise spending time at this great location

Booked this room in November, so plenty of time to be allocated a room not over reception or beside the lift. I assume them rooms are normally left to the end for people who book last minute. Anyways the girls at reception were great and moved us to the third floor. Even though this room had a damp smell we stayed. Really quiet room 332. When I booked it I got free breakfast for the 2 of us. We had to order our unlimited breakfast??!! However if I'd have seen the rasher that was served to me i wouldn't have chosen that one. Glad it was free because the hash browns were like bullets we couldn't eat them. And then they decided to fix the lift with Ammonia as we were leaving. Horrible smell. We walked out and there was a bottle of peroni on the ground and the bin still had last night's cigarette butt's on it. We won't be back.

We stayed here for four days for my birthday , the staff were welcoming and helpful and always up for a chat when your passing by reception desk , they let us check in half an hour early which let us relax when getting to the hotel after travel without having to wait. Unfortunately the lift was broken during our stay but thankfully there is only three floors the hotel was quite accommodating and made sure our room was one of the closest to the stairs so we didn’t have to walk all the way down the halls. We booked a premier plus room which has all amenities we needed like a mini fridge , kettle and coffee machine. The shower was lovely and had no faults however our bathroom had a creaky floor but not enough to affect our stay in the room but maybe the people below us ! Our ac unfortunately wasn’t very cold and we found that we had to have the window open most of the time which usually wouldn’t bother us however it was quite stormy weather during our stay this may become a bit more of a problem during summer. But apart from that we had a good stay and would recommend this premier inn for good rooms , prices and the area it is in for a range of activities (cinema, aquarium, arcade and good food locations ).
