I booked a room here in April and decided to switch hotels because I wasn’t happy with the standard of the room. I cancelled my booking and spoke to the receptionist who told me that I could get a refund for 2 out of 3 nights I had booked. I had paid by card at the desk so, as instructed by her, I left my details and IBAN number, assured that it would not be a problem. 5 months later I have not received any money back, I have called several times and left messages via email and on their website and still nothing. I am still waiting. Terrible service, very unprofessional.

Skipp breakfast and don't expect to put your luggage a bit early inside bc that's not possible. Also 2 days with the same towels with a lame environment excuse . Plus side our bedroom and bathroom were clean and the airco was working good.

The room was not as described. The air-conditioner is connected with a flexible tube but there's no socket to plug it into. No free sockets for charging cellular phones. There is no bidet in the shower room. To step out of the shower there was a step of about 30cm down to the floor, (dangerous)! No glasses for water plastic or otherwise. Tea coffee service in room without coffee. No bottle of water supposedly supplied. The room was noisy as it was facing the main road which has a high volume of traffic. The parking area entrance is very narrow and very difficult to enter also due to the volume of traffic restricting correct positioning. Expensive for what is provided.
