We recently stayed in a Superior Room and were truly impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A special mention goes to Alessandro at reception, who was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast team was also incredibly friendly and attentive, making our mornings a real pleasure. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the terrace with mountain views was undoubtedly a highlight. Spending out time out there was a beautiful experience. However, we were quite disappointed to find that this same terrace overlooked a busy road, with traffic noise that was constant both day and night. We had been reassured that the street wouldn't be disruptive, but unfortunately, this wasn’t the case, and it affected the overall sense of peace we had hoped for. Additionally, we were surprised by the response we received when we asked if body lotion was available — a fairly standard amenity in a four-star hotel. We were told (by the daytime receptionist) to go and buy it at a supermarket. From a hotel of this category, we expected a more accommodating approach to such a simple request. Overall, while there were many positives — especially the warmth of the staff and the beautiful setting — a few service details fell short of the four-star standard.

Great hotel and location if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it truly felt like staying at a 4-star hotel. The view was incredible; there’s nothing like waking up to that scenery and enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony. The only complaint I had was with the beds, they didn’t quite meet 4-star standards.
