Hôtel - Restaurant Aiguille de La Tza

Excellent pizza, great value for price. Excellent breakfast. This was a nice surprise on our Haute Route adventure. Some other reviews mention the building being in need of a renovation, this may be true, but I think the slanted floors adds to the charm. Much appreciated for a nice rest.

We stopped here for lunch after a short hike, we got 2 pizzas and a couple of drinks. It was a quiet day for the restaurant and the people were very friendly and super helpful. Both pizzas were very nice and super tasty, we couldn’t finish them as we just had a hike but they were happy enough to give us a pizza box to take them back to camp. Also they are very dog friendly.

We had a layover day here, owners and staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We stayed in the re furnished rooms and they were very nice. Looked at older rooms and they were definitely not as nice, but not horrible either. Food was very good, service was good, the waitress we had for the stay, was such a hard worker. Breakfast was very nice, some of the best on the trip (euro typical) I would sure stay here again.
